The Solmetric social and environmental responsibility program includes the following:

• Company-wide CO2 free operation through solar panels on its Bolinas facility and the purchase of carbon offset credits for air and car travel
• the 1-1-1 philanthropy program in which it donates 1% of products, 1% of personnel time and 1% of equity to non-profit organizations
• the use of recycled paper and packaging wherever possible
• the use of Richlite, a sustainably manufactured material, as the main material making up the enclosure of the SunEye product.
