The SunEye 110 is a handheld shade analysis tool. It incorporates a fisheye lens and a digital camera, along with a compass and level for device orientation. The SunEye 110 was introduced in 2006 and is now in use by thousands of solar professionals worldwide.

The SunEye comes standard with the following items: a carrying case (choose a soft padded case or hard rugged case), an AC battery charger, a USB computer interconnect cable, a stylus, a CD containing the desktop PC software, and a neck strap. Worldwide units enable worldwide operation and adds languages besides English (currently available: German, French, Italian, and Spanish).

Northern Hemisphere units have compass mounted for pointing SunEye South, and Southern Hemisphere units have compass mounted for pointing SunEye North. Includes a 1 year warranty in US, 2-year warranty for worldwide units.

Systems that do not meet these requirements may not operate correctly.
Currently, the SunEye software does not run natively on Mac OS. It is possible, however, to run the SunEye software on a Mac using a Windows emulator, such as Parallels Desktop for MAC, or VMWare.
