Privacy of those who visit our Web sites, license our software, register for our platform and use our online services and the security of their stored data are of utmost importance to Solmetric Corporation. This Solmetric Privacy Policy describes Solmetric data collection and security and use policies. Your Use of Solmetric Desktop Software

Solmetric desktop software may report to Solmetric servers information regarding your usage of the software. Information so reported will be de-personalized so that Solmetric cannot identify personally identifiable information about your customers. Solmetric uses this information to improve its products and its services. Solmetric may aggregate de-personalized data and disclose or sell such data to you and others.

Your “Cloud” Data Stored On Our Computers

When you store “cloud” data on our servers, or those of our affiliates, there may be personally identifiable information, such as the name, address, and phone number of your customers, included in such data. If you believe any of the information is incorrect or needs updating, please advise us. We will correct our records upon verification of the requested change. If you no longer wish to receive e-mail or postal notifications about software, services, or special promotions, please let us know by sending an e-mail to us at [email protected] and specifying that you do not want to receive these notifications. Please provide us with your exact name and address as well as a description of the publication or mail piece you received. We will use reasonable efforts to refrain from including you when sending marketing materials to Solmetric clients by noting your election in our database.

Security

Solmetric will take reasonable and prudent precautions to ensure that your personally identifiable data and your cloud data stored on our computers is protected against unauthorized access, use, or disclosure. We will use encrypted client connections with verified security protocols (SSL), etc. to protect your credit card data and other data you have stored in our cloud.
