Return Policy
Returns for credit will be accepted within 30 days of shipment. A 10% restocking charge will be applied.
Shipping Policy
For new products, shipping costs are not included in the published prices, but are quoted separately.
For warranty service or repair, this product must be returned to the appropriate authorized repair center listed in the Solmetric SunEye User's Guide. No returns will be accepted without
an RMA (obtain from Technical Support). For products
returned for warranty service, the Buyer shall pay for shipping charges to send the product to the repair center, and the repair center shall pay for shipping charges to return the product to the Buyer. However, the Buyer shall pay all shipping charges, duties, and taxes for products returned to the repair center from a country outside of the United States.
