If you see the message: “There was an error exporting the report for the currently loaded session named session name ” you may not have the required read/write permissions for the directory (folder) you chose during the export process. Have your IT department modify your access permissions for the directory in question or choose another directory to export your session report to. OR There may be “invalid” characters in the customer name field (,.,*, /,?,\,|,[,],{,}). Remove the invalid characters during the export process.
