The City of Pasadena, California has a requirement to measure obstruction elevation every 30 degrees, from east to west (90 to 270 degrees), so that is seven points. The Obstruction Elevation view available in SunEye version 2.8 or higher can display these values conveniently. The Obstruction Elevation view can be configured with the 30 degree azimuth windows and the seven points in a table. More information on the specifics of meeting the City of Pasadena requirements are available on their web page at  http://www.ci.pasadena.ca.us/WATERANDPOWER/solar/default.asp .
