PDF reports from SunEye desktop companion

There is a known issue exporting the PDF report from the SunEye desktop companion.The PDF report will not be generated properly when you select a target location on a mounted volume or network location (other than your local hard drive, typically C:\). The issue may also be seen when the path to the target directory is very long.  The solution is to either: Select a location on your local drive and move the PDF file once generated OR Select the html option instead Notes: The PDF export is a feature new to the desktop companion starting with version 4.61. It is now the default report format option. The legacy html version is still available and has no known issues.
