The desktop software may crash when exporting a report, often when attempting to modify windowing OR when there is only one skyline which triggers those screens automatically. This may be due to a corrupted SunEye.ini file. A sample location is below: C:\Users\Tech Support\AppData\Roaming\Solmetric\SunEye\SunEye.ini It is safe to delete this file and let the desktop software recreate it.
