If you are experiencing difficulty getting your 210 SunEye to connect to your Windows XP computer, and you were able to connect to that same computer when the SunEye was new, you may be experiencing a known issue that requires the software on the device to be upgraded to version 4.55 or later. Go to our software downloads page and download and install a version later than 4.55. It may be labelled as a BETA release. Notes on the BETA release here. If your upgrade installation fails or if you are in need of transferring data immediately, there is a workaround that you can use to minimize the time you spend waiting for the 210 Suneye to connect to ActiveSync.
