Why do I need two USB ports on the Windows PC running the PV Analyzer software?

One USB port is used for the wireless USB  adapter  that connects to the I-V measurement unit.   Another USB port is used for the wireless USB receiver that connects to the PVA Wireless Sensor Kit temperature and irradiance sensor transmitters. So the second USB port is required for use with the Wireless Sensor Kit.
