SunEye software installation will not complete successfully. If you have software version 4.2.2267 or earlier, go to and download the newest software here: On some newer computers the SunEye installation software may need to be run more than one time.  If the installation stalls at the “waiting for device connection…” screen,  click “Cancel” and then “Yes” to exit the installation, and “Cancel” again if the Windows Program Compatibility Assistant window appears. Restart the SunEye software installation by double-clicking the .exe file and the installation should complete successfully.
