wkhtmltopdf.exe error when exporting reports in SunEye

When exporting a pdf report in SunEye software, some users are getting an error that crashes their software. The error screen reports that “wkhtmltopdf.exe has stopped working”. This error is caused by a unloaded *.dll file. This error normally pertains to users running nVidia graphics accelerators.  This can be fixed by going to the NVIDIA Control Panel > 3D Settings > Manage 3D settings > Global Settings: Global presets: Base profile – Preferred graphics processor: “High-performance NVIDIA processor” More on this fix can be found at  https://code.google.com/p/wkhtmltopdf/issues/detail?id=1061
