PVA continues to show ‘optimizing’ after first trace

PVA v.3.7.8410, windows 7 laptop, pressing ‘measure now’ returns ‘optimizing’ after the 1st trace, and won’t complete a normal trace. Reset the PVA measuring head and SolSensor to re-establish normal communication with the Wireless USB/PC.

PV Analyzer Software crashing at startup

This can be caused by a bug in the software in regards to a missing Access DB engine.. This can be fixed by downloading the Access DB patch from Microsoft. http://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=23734 Once you have downloaded the executable, double click to start the install.
